Photos and Videos will be released only after final payment is received.

We prioritize safety and will not operate in unsafe conditions.

Drone flights are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety considerations.

If weather or airspace restrictions prevent a scheduled flight, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit may be issued.

Drone Pilot Livonia is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including emergency TFRs.

We reserve the right to use photos and videos from completed projects for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to have your images used, please notify us in writing before the shoot.

The Client acknowledges that drone operations involve inherent risks, including minor property effects and disruptions. While Drone Pilot Livonia follows all safety protocols, some risks cannot be eliminated.

Drone Pilot Livonia is not liable for incidental or indirect damages, except in cases of gross negligence or FAA violations.

By booking our services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these risks and agrees to cooperate with any safety measures or restrictions to ensure safe operations.

We will only conduct flights when it is safe to do so and in full compliance with all FAA regulations, weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), special use airspace requirements, necessary airspace clearances, and all applicable state and local laws.

Flights over people or moving vehicles require additional planning and approval and are only available for complex projects.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
